2. Shopping Smart:

Make a shopping list after deciding the meals you wish to prepare for a week. Plus, make your own life as easy as possible to make grocery shopping easier, I always divide it into four categories: 

Meat/fish (or vegetarian equivalent).
Dairy.
Pantry. 
Groceries. 

Additionally, remember the basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil and consider including one or two new herbs and spices into your cooking every week. Once you have them, you will find numerous uses for them.

3.Prepare Food Efficiently:

Every week, put aside a day to prepare as many of your dishes as you can. Add some fun to it! Play some music. Begin with basics. Plus, start meal planning with dishes that require basic items and are easy to make. Less is better, thus I like to choose recipes which require no more than ten ingredients. After you get the idea of making them, you can expand out to include additional recipes .

Proper food storage containers allow you to reheat and eat from them multiple times, and they last forever. Purchase glass containers that allow you to easily portion any meal. Additionally, you must have containers of different sizes and shapes for salads and snacks such as yogurt and fruit, as well as zip-lock bags for dry snacks, must be available.

5. Label Meals:

After you've prepared your meals, make sure to properly store and label them. This will help you keep track of your meals and reduce food waste.
