Proteins are building blocks in our body. They maintain pH levels and support the immune system, so get them by adding dates, almonds, nuts and mixed seeds in your board.
Carbohydrates provide essential energy. Elevate your grazing board with crackers and mashed potatoes served with salsa. Not only do they enhance the presentation, but they also ensure you get a good source of carbs.
Add veggies like carrot or cucumber sticks because why not? We are getting essential nutrients and fiber from them.
Repeat after me: The presentation is just as important as nutrients! Arrange items by color coordination to make them look more appetizing.
