You must have heard the phrase that a child is born like a blank paper. You can write anything on the paper, and the child morphs into that identity. Well, this is a correct but depressing thing to acknowledge. Because we all grew up in different environments, and not every child is blessed by a great parent or parents.

Don`t get me wrong, every parent wishes their kids a wonderful life, but unfortunately, they forget to shape their minds in the right direction. So what do we do now? Because the damage is already done. 

Ummm… NO! The damage isn't done yet- you are now an adult and can have your life in your hands.

What if I tell you that you can have a new blank paper, actually, not one but multiple papers, and can write your whole new personality? Crazy right? That is called creating an alter ego. Let us dive together and know more about it!

What is an Alter Ego?

An alter ego is a 3 am motivation of yourself. When you can not sleep and rehearse everything that you didn't do but promised yourself you would. So, you again make false promises to yourself for the next day to fail again. 

Have you ever thought about where the problem lies? Let me answer that for you.

When you repeatedly tell yourself about things you want to do but simply can not do is because this is not you as a person. That is what you aspire to be.

So, what do we do next?      

Creating a 2.0 Version of Yourself

We create a 2.0 version of ourselves, aka alter ego, in which we already have all the personality traits, hobbies, and talents that we wanted in the first place. 

For example, Fariha wants to get fit, and for that, she has to clean her diet. However, she loves to eat junk food, so, here is her 2.0 version of herself come handly. The 2.0 version already follows clean eating habits, she just needs to wake that version of herself up.
