If you're someone who loves binge-watching TV series. You're going to absolutely love and enjoy Black Mirror. What's unique about this series is that each episode is like a standalone movie. There is no connection between them. It’s easily one of the top 5 series ever made and 100% recommended for adults. 

1) CAST OF THE SERIES:

It’s a highly acclaimed TV show created by Charlie Brooker. The interesting thing about the series is that it is not just based on 4-5 people's stories. A fun fact about the cast is that Daniel Kaluuya, who starred in the episode "Fifteen Million Merits," was later nominated for an Academy Award for his role in the movie "Get Out".

Bryce Dallas Howard, who appeared in the episode "Nosedive," is the daughter of renowned director Ron Howard! It's pretty amazing to see so many talented actors and actresses in this series. At the peak of its popularity in 2016-17, many famous personalities appeared on the show including Miley Cyrus and Jon Hamm. Rest of them will be a surprise for you.

2) STORYLINE:

BLACK MIRROR on Netflix is the intersection between the dark side of human nature and modern life's extremes. Sometimes this series is an emotionally brutal ride.This show is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. From drama to romantic comedy, mystery to science fiction, fantasy to thriller, each episode is loaded with a variety of genres. 

Every episode has unique, interesting and mind-blowing storylines. It portrays different scenarios involving technology and how it affects our lives. It often ends with an unhappy ending to give us a reality check.

3) MUSIC:

The cool thing in this series is the music. Each episode has its own unique and fun vibe, some with creepy or eerie music. While others have more soothing or even upbeat tunes. The song "Black Museum" might give you the chills. However, "Anyone Who Knows What Love Is" by Irma Thomas perfectly captures the show's themes.

4) WORLDWIDE SUCCESS RATES:

Are you still waiting for someone to give you a BLACK MIRROR review? Okay, let's take a look at its major success worldwide. This show has been nominated for 90 awards! Out of those, they were able to secure 24 wins. "USS Callister" episode alone won four Emmy awards. Another episode "San Junipero" won two Emmy awards. Isn't that impressive?

CONCLUSION:

This series is absolutely amazing and a great example of how storytelling is limitless. Every time we think they might run out of ideas, they surprise us with more fantastic content. It's one of the most phenomenal TV shows of the 21st century. Moreover, this series teaches us that Karma is everything! 

I know it's hard to pick just one favourite episode because each actor is phenomenal in their own way. But, if I had to pick, "The Entire History of You" (Season 1, Episode 3) is my absolute favourite. Trust me, you'll be blown away by this episode!. I highly recommend that you give this series a shot.
