Billie Wesker, Jade’s sister, is played by Siena Agudong, an American actress. Billie is a vegan who gets enraged to know that Umbrella Corporation might be testing on animals. Billie also has trouble being in line with her new school.

Paola Nunez plays Evelyn Marcus, the new CEO of the Umbrella Corporation, of which her late father was the founder. She has a time-honored working relationship with Wesker, but both have conflicting concerns about the launch of the new pill.
