l Add naturally sweet things like fruit in your yogurt and cereal.
l Drink the smoothie by adding berries and other kinds of fruit instead of drinking sugary drinks.
l At the restaurants, ask them for low-fat and sugar-free drinks and food.
Having green leafy vegetables in your also very beneficial for your health, because they have a lot of vitamins, minerals and fibers that gave nutrition to your body. They also help to facilitate blood glucose level. For Example, Broccoli can be used as in salad, it contains many vitamins that can lower you blood glucose level.
Make sure to start your day with a healthy breakfast, its very necessary for stabilizing your blood glucose level. Although, your early breakfast should not be so heavy that contains high calories, it should be light and healthy like drinking milk, and eating fresh fruits or yogurt.
