Have you ever heard of a bird called the great Albatross? They are included in the largest seabirds. They live long and represent self-determination, loyalty, hope, power, and passion. The same is the case with morning people; they contain all of these qualities due to which they are called problem solvers, creative people, and great leaders. For night owls, it may sound challenging but waking up early does upgrade the quality of work and health.
So, let us give you some reasons as to why waking up early will make you happy and optimistic, and then give you some tips on how to achieve it!

There are plenty of reasons for getting up early in the morning and we will hit a few of them.
1. You Eat Breakfast On Time
Night owls frequently skip breakfast, which causes mental, physical, and health issues. If you wake up early in the morning, you are more likely to eat breakfast on time and maintain your health. There isn't any hard push to proceed with your day.
Prepare your bed, make your favorite breakfast, lead yourself and make a to-do list. The list will make you responsible and focused, and that is how things will get done quicker than normal.
2. Morning Exercise Builds Confidence
People are very concerned about losing weight these days. A load of work leaves them no time to take care of themselves so they begin to use medical and herbal remedies, unaware that these are only beneficial for a limited time. They are unaware that their bodies require exercise as well. Muscles get weakened as a result of less activity, and their daily tasks go slow. Morning exercise is far better than evening exercise. It helps your mental ability to grow, improve and expand. Waking up early puts you in the right position to complete tasks faster, and you begin to eliminate unworthy routines to stay healthy and feel pleasant the entire day.

Getting up early is all about self-control as well as becoming more organized and disciplined. In the end, we all are given the same amount of time but we left our work for the evenings and tomorrows. It is usually hard to wake up early if you are one of the lazy birds, let’s make you fly.
1. Move Fast from Bedroom and Make Coffee
After waking up, it is necessary to move out of your bedroom as soon as possible, so you do not feel sleepy again. After having a glass of water, take a cup of coffee. It is a game changer for early risers even if you are already ready to go, still caffeine is recommended. If you like this tip, have a black coffee and turn the table.
2. Have a Reason
Make sure you have a reason to wake up otherwise you will end up rolling in your blanket. Set your goal, whatever it is. If you don’t have one, you’ll always end up complaining. Alter your way of thinking. It is all about committing to yourself, if you can’t keep a promise to yourself, you cannot achieve anything.
3. Avoid Cell-Phones At Night
Blue lights of cell phones can damage your sleep cycle. Melatonin production reduces by blue lights which affects your sleep and causes get dark circles. So, it is better not to be a night owl. According to research by Northwestern Medicine in the US, and the University of Surrey in the UK, “night owls” have a 10 percent higher risk of dying sooner than “larks”.
Therefore, enjoy the natural sleeping hours because your brain needs relaxation more than your Netflix seasons.
