1.T-shirts

You should have a basic white,black,gray,blue color T-shirt in your wardrobe.These can be worn alone in summer or under jackets.You can have any other color which you want in your wardrobe other than that.

2. Jeans with belt

You should have 2-3 pair quality jeans in black,blue, white color. These are the jeans you can pair with any crop top or T-shirt. Wearing a belt with jeans enhances your look.Remember your body shape and size so you don't have to face any difficulty while wearing them.

3.Sneakers

I recommend sneakers for college because while carrying your bag with books and lots of other stuff it's difficult to walk ,so sneakers help you alot.I myself have a pair of black and white sneakers because these are the color you can wear with any outfit. 

4.Bras,socks, underwear 

As a college girl,these are the most important things in your wardrobe. Use neutral colors of bra like gray or skin,so that you can wear it under light color tops.You should have a lot of pairs of socks;you never want to wear dirty socks! 

5. Jackets and coats 

In the spring season everyone wants a jacket, you should go for some neutral color jackets that can be worn on any outfit. Make sure you have warm and quality coats for chilly months at your college. 

6. Formal dresses 

As we know for your college functions, parties, get together you must have formal dresses according to theme , 2-3 pairs of formal and comfortable dresses in your wardrobe helps you for social , going out. 

7. Heels and sandals 

For parties and get-togethers you should have a pair of classic heels or comfy sandals in your wardrobe. I myself have black and a nude color pair of heels because you can match these heels with every outfit.

8.Accessories 

Let me tell you about some important accessories you should have. 

• Jewelry 
• A classy watch 
• A Hat 
• Oversized scarf 

Wear simple aesthetic jewelry like bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc. Don't wear gold or diamond jewelry in your college.It may be lost .Instead, use gold plated jewelry.

Use a watch to check time instead of mobile, sometimes you are attending lectures so it may not look appropriate to check time on mobile again and again.

Scarf and Hat in your wardrobe can enhance your casual outfits as well as it's essential, sometimes weather tends unexpectedly cold so it's good to have a warm scarf or hat to use at that time.

9.Hoodies and sweatpants

Sometimes, it happens that because of your mood swings or because of laundry you don't have anything to wear or you awaken late so the best idea is to wear long wear suits or hoodie, sweatpants.These things in your wardrobe helps you alot . 

Personally I'm a lazy person so whenever I have to go urgent I try this trick. 

10.Backpack

The last and the main thing is your backpack.I'll highly recommend you a bag that is large enough to put your laptop,books,and other college supplies.And you can also put the following things in your backpack

• Crossbody bag 
• Umbrella

A crossbody bag is very useful these days,it helps you to carry your mobile,your I'd card, your wallet etc.

Sometimes sudden rainfall happens so, an umbrella at that time helps you alot .
